Backpack Bug Temporary Solution
In the next patch we will be temporarily removing Extra Bag on Premium shop until we find a fix on the bug. For now we suggest that you keep your valuable items in your inventory or avoid using your backpack at all until further notice.
Help us find the cause or solution
If you have experienced this bug before please make a list of your missing items here and if possible include the amount too. Also we would also like to request your error log on the day it happened. It can be found in your HeavenFlyff Folder > Log > ErrorLog yy/mm/dd text file then you can attach it here.
Item Retrieval
We will be looking into this issue and we hope to find a fix as soon as possible. We will also restore all your items lost from the bug but for now our main objective is to fix the bug before we start restoring the lost items. If you have very important stuff you want to restore right away please send me a message.

 ere is my SS of it, actually i just recently logged in that char of my cause i was currently using my 2nd char in that account for collectingand i logged off that char and opened this one cause i was about to trade someone then when i opened my bag, its not there so i asked the gm who is online and there you go the picture as you can see i have my important items in my invent because i was scared about that bugged when i first heard of it and then now it happened to me T.T BTW i mostly have nothing important items on that invent but i keep my scrolls, flask, prem items in there. Please can you fix this bug and can you bring my items back? Here are the list of my items as i remember it: Spro - 100+ Apro - 60+ mysterious pill - 1402 (the one in my invent is event reward) Holy scroll - 300+ Event reward moons and suns 100+ Flask dex,str,sta,int but i dont remember the amounts scroll of reversion - 300+ Valnetines flower - 10 gen death match token - 1 Vital drink X and refresher hold - 100+ cotton candies - all the colors but i don't remember the amount stone of aeralist - 1 event reward reversion box - i got 4 i think i dont remember the rest T.T but i remember that my bag is almost full and here it is my error_20170306.txt (4.13 KB) Thanks and please fix it and more power to the server!! sir cevii all my items in my bag are gone, i was trying to transfer all my bag items on another account but it is soul linked and when trying to move items that are not soul-linked bag in NPC was removed. Here's my SS of my bag items    IGN: Slayer Items in my bag that i want to retrieve All +10 Nox Slayer Set lvl 120 with 28% attack card pierced on armor +10 Ulti Ancient Sword with 10 fire A cards with full str diamond +10 Ulti Bloody Sword With 10 fire A cards 2 cloak from vote token exchange the attack scroll 14 pcs Diamond 20 pcs the rest maybe after u fix the bag bug thanks PS: i also attached the Bag of my seraph, just a back up before it's gone |
