 Hello Admin and Gm's can u help me back my items in back pack?? bcoz its lost I dont know wat happend!! i just opened "Royal Weapon Box" and when I transfer my Red Chips and Violets chips in back pack!! i see no items in it!! its 2 days now!! it started @ 1:00 AM so plss help me Sirs!! Backpack Bug Temporary Solution In the next patch we will be temporarily removing Extra Bag on Premium shop until we find a fix on the bug. For now we suggest that you keep your valuable items in your inventory or avoid using your backpack at all until further notice.
Help us find the cause or solutionIf you have experienced this bug before please make a list of your missing items here and if possible include the amount too. Also we would also like to request your error log on the day it happened. It can be found in your HeavenFlyff Folder > Log > ErrorLog yy/mm/dd text file then you can attach it here. Item Retrieval We will be looking into this issue and we hope to find a fix as soon as possible. We will also restore all your items lost from the bug but for now our main objective is to fix the bug before we start restoring the lost items. If you have very important stuff you want to restore right away please send me a message. Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused you. I know that its not easy to farm especially when you have limited time to farm because im busy most of the time so I usually play on weekends only. I played earlier and its okay but when I logged in back my account I noticed that my items in backpack are gone. Please notice my post because its not easy for the players to farm.
