User Account Control prevents user to open multiple clients so you have to turn it off.
How do I turn off UAC in Windows 8.1 and above?
To turn UAC on or off •Open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings. •Do one of the following: To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click OK.

I have windows 7 OS how can I dual log in? Have you tried doing the steps posted by TS? I think it applies to players using Windows Vista up to W10.
