This topic will list all patcher error codes, and solutions to them. Solutions are bolded for easier reading.
Code: Script Error
You are using the old patcher. The browser in the old patcher doesn't support the script in our website, however you can still patch and play the game without a problem.
In order to solve this, download the latest patcher in our website and paste it in your HeavenFlyff Folder.
Code: 3 Result: 6
There is a missing folder from the client.
Go to your HeavenFlyff Folder > World > Create New Folder > Rename it to WdHalloween
If you still receive the same error after doing the solution, please post here and I will have the solution updated.
Code: 0 Result: 4
Make sure the time on your computer is up-to-date.
On Windows 7, you can do this by clicking on the time, clicking change time and date, then on the window that pops up click on the Internet Time tab, click on Change Settings, and click Update Now.
It may also occur if a firewall or internet security software is blocking the access to the Internet.
In this case, you would need to allow Flyff.exe (the patcher) access to the internet.
It can also occur if there are too many people patching. In this case, keep retrying.
Code: Denied
The patcher wasn't run as administrator.
On Windows Vista and up, please run the patcher (Flyff.exe) as Administrator.
If that doesn't work, try logging onto an Administrator account and then running the patcher.
Code: 0 Result: 9
Remove Neuz.exe in Task Manager (Ctrl+alt+delete).
Your antivirus may be (falsely) removing files that the game needs. Try deactivating your antivirus before you patch.
Sometimes file corruption occurs in the HeavenFlyff folder, preventing a patch from being applied successfully.
In this case, delete and reinstall the game.
Code: 2 Result: 2
Internet Explorer is in Offline Mode. This occurs with older versions of Internet Explorer.
To turn it to Online Mode, go to File and uncheck Work Offline.
Code: 0 Result: 7
The server may be too busy to accept new connection or network problems are preventing your connection.
Try restarting the patcher.
Code: 12002 Result: 7
Some old files are causing problems with the new patch.
Delete Neuz.exe and patch again. If this does not solve it, delete and reinstall the game.
Code: 12029
The patcher cannot connect to the website.
Add the patcher (Flyff.exe) and Neuz.exe to your firewall's exception list.
Code: 12150 Result: 4
Some DNS setting are interfering with the patcher's ability to connect. Or a firewall or antivirus is blocking access to the patch server.
Make sure to allow Flyff.exe and Neuz.exe in your firewall and antivirus, or disable the firewall/antivirus.
If that doesn't work, unplug your modem and/or router for about a minute, and then plug them back in.
If that doesn't work, then please follow these instructions on changing your Primary and Secondary DNS servers.
Code: 12031 Result: 7
An antivirus or firewall is blocking the patcher's internet access, or Internet Explorer is trying to use a proxy.
Add the patcher (Flyff.exe) and Neuz.exe to your firewall's exception list.
If that doesn't work, then open Internet Explorer, open up the Internet Options menu, click on the Connections tab, click on LAN settings, and uncheck any boxes underneath Proxy Server.
