We, the HeavenFlyff small team have been working very hard to resolve the Backpack/Bank Bug. The bug came from the FlyFF source that we are using. We have been adding a prevention in our system so that this bug will never happen again. It is still under observation but we are positive that this bug will be over very soon. Backpack/Bank Claims Conditions:
Items NOT Restored in the bug:
• Any items that you claim missing in your backpack/bank 1 week after our official announcement about the bug will NOT be restored.
• Penya/VC/RC that you claim missing in your backpack 3 days after our official announcement about the bug will NOT be restored.
• Any Items that we cannot confirm missing in your backpack/bank will NOT be restored.
• Any Items that you didn't declare missing through posting a thread or messaging me in forum/discord will NOT be restored.
Backpack Bug Official Announcement Publish date: 03-06-2017, 19:09 Time
Item Qualities NOT Restored in the bug:
• Any awakenings will NOT be restored.
• Any piercings will NOT be restored.
• Any upgrades will NOT be restored.
Backpack / Bank Compensation Package Conditions:
• Each Compensation Package will be labeled by Level 1, 2 and 3 and will be distributed accordingly.
• Compensation Package will contain 3 days Chameleon Cloak which gives user +50% Drop Rate and other goodies.
• Everyone who experienced the bug will receive Compensation Package a maximum of 1 per player.
• The Package will be sent in your inventory or will be mailed.
• If you did not receive your Compensation Package after April 22,2017 please post your in-game name here.
Compensation Package Level 1
- 10,000x Red Chips
- 100x Royal Weapon Box
- 100x Heavenly Box
- 1x Chameleon Cloak
- 1x Random Goodies
Compensation Package Level 2
- 20,000 Red Chips
- 200x Royal Weapon Box
- 100x Heavenly Box
- 1x Chameleon Cloak
- 2x Random Goodies
Compensation Package Level 3
- 30,000 Red Chips
- 300x Royal Weapon Box
- 100x Heavenly Box
- 1x Chameleon Cloak
- 3x Random Goodies
If you strongly believe you deserve a higher level of Package, do NOT OPEN your package and submit a report here.
Note that the package given to you may NOT cover all the items missing in your backpack/bug.
