Backpack Bug Temporary Solution In the next patch we will be temporarily removing Extra Bag on Premium shop until we find a fix on the bug. For now we suggest that you keep your valuable items in your inventory or avoid using your backpack at all until further notice.
Help us find the cause or solutionIf you have experienced this bug before please make a list of your missing items here and if possible include the amount too. Also we would also like to request your error log on the day it happened. It can be found in your HeavenFlyff Folder > Log > ErrorLog yy/mm/dd text file then you can attach it here. Item Retrieval We will be looking into this issue and we hope to find a fix as soon as possible. We will also restore all your items lost from the bug but for now our main objective is to fix the bug before we start restoring the lost items. If you have very important stuff you want to restore right away please send me a message. Sorry for the inconvenience it may caused you.

Hi pok, we will be looking into this issue and will try to recover your items as soon as possible. As of now, please do not use your bag in that character. If you have any idea what's causing the bug please report it to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We will be looking into this issue and will try to recover your items as soon as possible. But I got a few questions that might help us figure this bug.
1. What were the last items that you added in your bag? 2. Did you have any armor parts in your bag? 3. Did you ever PK someone before? 4. Did you have 9999x stack of any items? 5. Did it happened after a maintenance update? 6. If you have weapons in your bag, can you name it? 7. Do you have any idea what might caused your items to disappear in your bag?

here are my answers
1. I was farming penya that time so the last thing that i put there was a perin.
2. I didnt put any armor parts in the bag..
3. Nope, I didnt pk anyone, and i dont know how to pk either im still asking a friend how it works..
4. Yes i have, it was Red Chips.
5. Yesterday around morning PH time i dont know if thats a maintenance the game was unreachable for 10 mins + and all players got disconnected, and i didnt noticed any Notification for a maintenance.. after 10 mins i was able to log back in game.. I lost my bag around noon that same day..
6. Yes i have, Its a Roika Stave +8, i put it in there since i got a very good DCT% awake on that staff and already a soul linked item.
7. I experience an extreme lagging that time and tried to log out then log in several times... before i lost my bag and stuffs.. im not quite sure if that the cause because the act of logging in and out everytime i get lagged is what i always do and i didnt lost any item before... it just happened after that..

Did you patch your client 3/3 after getting disconnected? Can you please upload yesterday's error log text file. It can be found in your heavenflyff folder > log.

i was using 2 windows at tht time.. only the other 1 client got lagged problems and the other one is just fine.. and when i got lagged i didnt use the quit button at menu to disconnect instead i used the log out button
